Current Cellular Automata Research Results

Shape of Diamond Pushes Forward Computer Science 

The results obtained by prof. Dimitry Zaitsev in the area of cellular automata were recently published in "The On-Line Encyclopedia of Integer Sequences".

The program created in this research generates canvas of cellular structure represented by connections between neighbouring cells in the form of a Petri net, example of which is displayed in the figure above.
